A learning event for Adults and Teens (ages 16+). Held via Zoom. Space is limited to 12 participants. Registration required.
Mindfulness is about bringing intentional awareness, curiosity & kindness to present moment experiences so that we can navigate life’s ups & downs with greater compassion & wisdom. Cultivating mindful awareness settles the mind & opens the heart in ways that allow us to experience the circumstances of our lives with a deeper sense of balance, gratitude & contentment.
In this live, interactive session, Kelly Petrie will lead participants in simple mindful awareness practices to support overall wellbeing, especially during times of challenge and uncertainty. No experience necessary.
Kelly Petrie is a professional mindfulness educator with a master’s degree in contemplative education and is the owner of the Maitri Center for Mindful Living, LLC in Oregon WI.
