Sugar Creek first graders in Ms. Skolaski’s class went on a virtual field trip on Tuesday, Sept. 16, as Verona Area High School students joined them for a craft activity based on dots meant to teach students that everyone is an artist regardless of artistic ability. The virtual field trip was held to celebrate International Dot Day, a quasi-holiday inspired by Peter H. Reynold’s book “The Dot.”
