Parking lots around Verona will be full this weekend, as the American Family Insurance Championship golf tournament takes place at University Ridge, in the Town of Verona.

The tournament will once again use shuttles from parking lots in the city to take spectators and volunteers to the course, with no parking at all on the course site this year.

Parking is free at Verona Area High School and Badger Ridge Middle School lots on all three days, and the Epic parking lots will also be open for parking on Saturday and Sunday.

Gates open for the tournament at 7 a.m. Friday, with the ceremonial first shot scheduled for 8:30 a.m. The round of golf will begin at 8:50 a.m. and is expected to conclude around 5 p.m., with a concert at Breese Stevens Field in Madison to follow.

Golf is scheduled to begin at 9:50 a.m. Saturday, with the celebrity group teeing off on hole 10 at 2:30 p.m. On Sunday, golf is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m., with the trophy ceremony scheduled for 5 p.m.
