Senior Taylor Peterson hasn’t stopped hitting since returning from the Verona softball team’s spring break trip to Florida.

The Verona boys track team had eight top-two finishes to propel them to third place at the John Klement Invitational on Friday, April 19, at Monona Grove High School.

The Verona girls lacrosse team stayed unbeaten after an 18-8 win over Waunakee on Saturday, April 20, at Waunakee High School.

The Verona girls track team took its talent across state lines and saw a school record fall at the Kansas Relays on Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20 at Rock Chalk Park at the University of Kansas.
