Oregon High School held a spring pep rally on Friday, May 12, featuring a variety of events, competitions, and even a few pies in the face of some faculty members. And in the recently completed gymnasium — so new you can still smell the paint — there was plenty to cheer about.

Students and staff accepted a new flag for the gym from OHS Class of 1966 alumnus and veteran Oscar Larson, recognized the successes this year of the school’s academic and athletic teams, held a swing dance presentation, and generally revelled in what has been an historic year for the school.
