People can learn about Dane County mental health resources at the library next week.

From 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 18 at Oregon Public Library, 256 Brook St. attendees can hear “Stories from the Field: Mental Health Resources in Dane County for Kids and Families.”

Karen Jepsen, who has been with Madison-based Journey Mental Health Center for 34 years, will reflect back on her career in a presentation. She will tell stories about having served children and their families as a mental health professional and having consulted with Dane County foster parents.

The program was made possible by the Beyond the Page program, National Endowment of the Humanities and the Madison Community Foundation.
