On Wednesday, May 6, Senior Center staff smiled and waved at a parade of familiar faces they had not seen in a while due to the Coronavirus quarantine.

Dressed in colorful costumes, staff members handed out masks, cookies, goodie bags and puzzles from a safe distance through vehicle windows as guests drove past the center.

While waving signs that said "we miss you" and blowing kisses, staff members tried to cheer-up clients who have been stuck at home during the shutdown.

Volunteer program manager Mandi Miller dressed as a unicorn, social worker Sarah Folkers dressed as a giraffe, director Jill McHone dressed as an ostrich, assistant director David Hill dressed as a zombie, social worker Amy Jordan dressed as Minnie Mouse, office manager Suzie Jones dressed as a bumblebee and fitness instructor Felicia Greenwood wore a tiara and lei.

Mayor Aaron Richardson also stopped by to greet guests.
