Have you been meaning to give yoga a try or refresh your yoga practice? Your body and mind will thank you! Join Stoughton Yoga for one or both Sundays for free all-levels flow yoga classes at the library for ages 16 and up. Detailed instructions make this class accessible to all. Focus on breath with movement will be emphasized. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel. Chairs will be available for those who have trouble getting up and down off the floor. No registration is necessary.
