Thursdays with Murder is a mystery book discussion group for people who wish to enjoy and learn about mysteries. Attendees will not all read the same title for each meeting. Instead, we will read by author, by topic, or do comparisons. We meet on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm, from January - November.
Each attendee will receive information about the reading for the upcoming discussion in advance. Information will be emailed, mailed or can be picked up at the 2nd Floor Information Desk.
August 8: Mysteries with Recipes

Two series by Anne Perry exemplify this type of mystery. The Pitt Series features a police inspector and his wife (Thomas and Charlotte Pitt), while the Monk Series features the amnesiac William Monk, a police inspector and later a private detective.
November 14: B is for Burglar by Sue Grafton
Grafton's second book in her well-known series was awarded the 1986 Anthony Award for Best Novel. Additional optional reading: choose another letter in the same series if you'd like! This month we'll also choose our reading for 2020, always an exciting event!
